Soil Clay and sand on chalky subsoil.

Farming Certified Sustainable HVE3: No herbicides, minimal chemical usage, biodynamic principals utilised.

Vinification Harvested at full ripeness before hand sorting of grapes. Vinified in small stainless steel tanks and fermented with carefully selected yeast stains. Naturally clarified: No filtration, no fining before bottling.

Assemblage 7% from the 2017 vintage, the remainder from the perpetual reserve (established in 1998)
