Farming Biodynamic, organic. Guyot pruning. Hand harvested.

Vintage Conditions: 2020 was a year impacted by the frosts at the end of March that caused important losses. The harvests, however, took place in September with favorable weather conditions that allowed the harvesting of healthy and ripe grapes.

Vinification: After smooth pressing, gravity decanting without use of enzymes or enological products. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank and began naturally, with the indigenous yeast, to express its identity in the purest form. Malolactic is 100% done. Bottled in July 2021, unfined and unfiltered.
